After purchase, I was told it was actually designed around a higher-grade Prado model with an extra right-side speaker — a limitation that was not made clear in the advertising. When challenged, their solution was only an NZ$50 partial refund. A product advertised as a precision-fit vehicle accessory should not come with undisclosed compatibility limitations. I have kept all evidence and am now taking this through the appropriate consumer channels. These guys try to bully people"
