Shout out to Shirley and Lynn who were very prompt with their responses; Most especially, a gold medal to Kylie who took full ownership of the issue until resolution. Product: I bought the front+back mats, weathershields, backseat cover and boot liner. They all fit perfectly as described during sale. All are easily installed. The mats and boot liner are very well made, all the while, future car floor cleaning is reduced to very little effort. I bought the dash mat too, sublime material. However, my own ignorance got the better of me since the design didnt fit my car (dash mat's right hand side had a negative rectangular space exposing the dash). Thats on me though. Overall, im pleased to the bone with my purchases. Great recommendation from my brother and sister-in-law."
