On top of that, the top caps were missing from my order. I contacted the company by email to report the problems and requested a replacement, but the customer service has been extremely poor. My emails have not been handled properly, and I have still not received a satisfactory solution. If you are advertising mats specifically for the Prado 250, they should actually fit the vehicle correctly. Sending a product that doesn’t fit properly and then failing to properly resolve the issue is very frustrating. Poor fit. Missing parts. Disappointing customer service. I regret buying these mats and would not recommend them based on my experience. I expected much better quality and support for the price"
